This « Return Policy » applies only to products purchased on the axios-senolytics.com website operated by AXIOS Senolytics SAS, the owner of the site. The process takes 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the order was placed, it will unfortunately not be possible to proceed with a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

ARTICLE 1 – REFUNDS

For any refund request, the applicant is invited, first, to contact AXIOS Senolytics SAS by email at contact@axios-senolytics.com, and then, to return the purchased items at his own expense to AXIOS Senolytics SAS, 2148 Av du Général De Gaulle, 44420 Piriac-sur-Mer, France​. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, the claimant will be informed by email of the successful receipt of the items and the decision taken as to whether the claim is approved or rejected. If the request is approved, a refund process will be initiated. A credit will be applied to the applicant’s credit card or, failing that, a cheque will be sent. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances, so shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the request is rejected, the applicant will be informed by e-mail and, if applicable, the items will be returned to him/her as is at his/her expense.

ARTICLE 2 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If the refund is not received, the applicant is asked first to check his or her bank account, then to contact the credit card issuer and finally the bank. It takes some time for the refund to take effect. If, after these checks, the refund has still not been received, the claimant is invited to contact AXIOS Senolytics SAS by e-mail at contact@axios-senolytics.com.

 

ARTICLE 3 – EXCHANGES


Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If this is the case, the claimant is invited to contact AXIOS Senolytics SAS by e-mail at contact@axios-senolytics.com, and then to return the defective or damaged items to AXIOS Senolytics SAS, 2148 Av du Général De Gaulle, 44420 Piriac-sur-Mer, France. Upon receipt and after inspection of the returned items, AXIOS Senolytics SAS will proceed with the exchange. As the time required to receive the exchanged products may vary depending on the place of residence of the applicant, AXIOS Senolytics SAS cannot guarantee a delivery time.

 

ARTICLE 4 – GIFTS

 

If the returned items were identified as a gift at the time of purchase and if the gift was sent directly to the beneficiary, a credit note equal to the value of the returned items will – if the request is approved – be granted to the beneficiary. The beneficiary will be informed by mail to the shipping address indicated at the time of the order. If the returned items were not identified as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver preferred to receive the items first and give them away later, the refund – if granted – will be sent to the gift giver who will then know that the items have been returned.

 

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING


Products should be returned to AXIOS Senolytics SAS,2148 Av du Général De Gaulle, 44420 Piriac-sur-Mer, France. It is the responsibility of the claimant to pay for the shipping. Any package sent with postage due will be refused and returned to the sender. Depending on the value of the products shipped, it is advisable to use a delivery service that allows the shipment to be tracked and, if necessary, to take out delivery insurance. AXIOS Senolytics SAS cannot guarantee that it will receive the returned item.
